Where are you located?

We are located in Tucson, Arizona.  Right now CMC headquarters is out of my house.  Hoping to move to a space soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Great question! Most of our products are made to order. Right now, our production time is 3-5 business days.  This can vary from week to week, but we try to get your order out as soon as possible!

If I am unsure what size to order what should I do?

We always suggest you measure your pups neck before ordering any of our products.  If you have any questions you can always email us at hello@collarmecharming.com and we can suggest the best sizing.

What if I get my collar doesn't fit when I receive it?

No problem! Just email us at orders@collarmecharming and we can start the exchange process for you. 

My dog ripped off their accessory and now it is ruined, can I purchase a new one?

Yes! We have replacement flowers and bow ties available (if the style is still in stock) inquire about replacements at orders@collarmecharming.com

Can you wash the dog collars and accessories?

Yes! You can wash most of our products, minus anything made with suiting fabrics or our Luxe leather collection. We just throw it in a laundry bag or pillowcase, wash in a washer (gently cycle/cold) and line dry.  They come out good as new! Adornments like bow ties and flowers we suggest washing by hand and air drying. 

Can you make something custom?

We try to accommodate as many requests as we can.  Right now we are only accepting a few custom orders (where we find fabric to match what you are looking for). If you are interested in a custom order, head over to etsy and shoot us a message. 

Do you need dog models or do you do collaborations?
